RETURNS, REFUNDS & THE SIZE-UP PROMISE

We make socks for real kids and real laundry piles, and we want you to feel good about your order. Here's exactly how returns work — no fine-print games.

SEALED PACKS: 30-DAY RETURNS

If your 10-pair pack is still sealed in its original packaging and you change your mind, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. You cover return shipping; original shipping is non-refundable.

OPENED OR WORN SOCKS: FINAL SALE

For hygiene reasons, once a pack is opened or any pair is worn or washed, it can't be returned or refunded. This is standard for socks and it keeps every pack we ship clean and new. (This is where the Size-Up Promise comes in — keep reading.)

DEFECTS & MIX-UPS: ALWAYS ON US

If a pack arrives with a manufacturing defect, or we sent the wrong tier or color, email sam@shopsanitysocks.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund it — your choice — at no cost to you.

THE SIZE-UP PROMISE

Kids grow. That's the whole point. If your child grows out of their tier within 12 months of your purchase, we'll send you a one-time code for 20% off your next size-tier 10-pack.

• You don't need to send anything back, and you don't need to prove anything — we go on the honor system and your order date.

• We'll email your Size-Up code automatically around month 9. It's good for one 10-pack and expires 90 days after we send it.

• One code per pack you bought. It can't be combined with other discounts or the subscription discount, and it isn't redeemable for cash.

• The Size-Up Promise is a promotional program, not a guarantee or warranty. We may change or end it at any time, but we'll always honor codes already sent.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email sam@shopsanitysocks.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive an eligible return.
