Sealed packs: full refund within 30 days of delivery (you cover return shipping). For hygiene, opened or worn socks are final sale — that's standard for socks, and it's why every pack we ship is clean and new. Defects or wrong-item mix-ups are always on us: replaced or refunded, your choice, within 30 days.

And because kids grow: if your child outgrows their tier within 12 months, we'll automatically email you a one-time code for 20% off the next size up around month 9 — honor system, nothing to send back. One code per pack, expires 90 days after we send it, can't be combined with other discounts.
