SANITY SOCKS — TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome. shopsanitysocks.com (the "Site") is operated by Sanity Systems LLC ("Sanity Socks," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

1. WHO CAN BUY

Our products are made FOR children, but our Site and purchases are for ADULTS. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to order. We sell and ship within the United States only.

2. CHILDREN'S PRODUCTS & SAFETY

Our socks are children's apparel and are made in Mexico under USMCA. They meet applicable U.S. children's product safety requirements (CPSIA). Our socks feature a knit-in design with no attached small parts. As with any garment, use adult judgment for the age and stage of your child.

3. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA)

Our Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, email sam@shopsanitysocks.com and we will delete it.

4. THE SIZE-UP PROMISE (PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM)

The Size-Up Promise is a promotional discount program, not a guarantee or warranty. If a child grows out of their size tier within 12 months of purchase, we will issue a one-time, single-use code for 20% off one next-tier 10-pack. Codes are issued automatically (typically around month 9), expire 90 days after issue, are limited to one per pack purchased, are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers or subscription discounts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the program at any time; codes already issued will be honored through their expiration. Abuse, fraud, or reseller activity voids eligibility.

5. PRICING, ORDERS & PAYMENT

Prices are in U.S. dollars. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments; by ordering you agree to their processing of your payment data.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS — GROW-WITH-THEM PLAN

(This section governs our subscription plan and applies once you enroll. If subscriptions are not yet offered, this section is inactive.)

a. WHAT YOU'RE AGREEING TO. When you enroll, you authorize Sanity Systems LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for a 10-pair pack at your selected cadence (every 6 or 12 months) at the subscription price shown at checkout (a 15% discount off the one-time price). YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS until you cancel.

b. CHECKOUT DISCLOSURE & CONSENT. Before you pay, we clearly disclose that the plan auto-renews, the billing frequency, the amount, the deadline to cancel before the next charge, and how to cancel. You must check a box giving express affirmative consent to these auto-renewal terms. We keep a record of your consent.

c. ACKNOWLEDGMENT EMAIL. Right after you enroll, we email you a confirmation restating these terms and a one-click cancellation link.

d. SIZE STEP. About three weeks before each renewal, we email you: "Still fits, or size up?" If you don't respond, we ship the same tier at the same price — we never change your size or price without your action. Subscribers receive the size-step benefit in place of the standalone Size-Up Promise (no double-dipping).

e. RENEWAL REMINDER & PRICE CHANGES. We send a renewal reminder about 30 days before each renewal with the amount, date, and cancellation instructions. If we ever change your price, we'll notify you 7–30 days in advance with cancel instructions.

f. CANCEL, PAUSE, SKIP, SWAP — ANYTIME. You can cancel, pause, skip, or swap tier/color anytime in your account portal, using the same easy method you used to sign up. Cancellation takes effect before your next renewal. No cancellation fees, no retention hoops.

g. STATE RIGHTS. Nothing here limits rights you have under your state's automatic-renewal law.

7. EMAIL & SMS MARKETING CONSENT

By signing up, you consent to receive marketing emails and/or texts from Sanity Socks (sent via our provider, Klaviyo). Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Sanity Socks name, logo, "Match More. Hunt Less.," the color-tier system, product designs, photographs, and Site content are owned by Sanity Systems LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

9. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanity Systems LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

10. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and Sanity Systems LLC agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction and venue. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOTH PARTIES WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

11. CHANGES

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version. Material changes to active subscriptions will be communicated as described above.
